If repair is impossible, too expensive or cannot be done within a reasonable period of time, you have the right to have the item replaced.

Only if the first two solutions cannot be implemented or are unsuccessful is it possible to obtain a partial or full refund.

If the defectiveness of the item becomes manifest within the withdrawal period and you decide not to avail yourself of the free repair or replacement, you may return it at your own expense for a refund.
