If you received a faulty/damaged product or you want to ask for return, please contact us. We will send you a return document by email that you should put into the package. 

Please do not send items without first sending us a return request and get the authorisation.

If you are a private individual, Luminal Park will take care of the return, in which case the return costs of €9.00 are at your charge. Luminal Park will send you the prepaid return shipping label.

If you are a professional/company you will have to use your own courier to return the items. If you are a VAT-registered customer, you will also be charged the cost of sending the order with the withdrawal, even if it was initially free of charge. The cost will be communicated to you upon authorisation of the return.
