If you returned some articles as a consequence to withdrawal from contract (change of mind, exchange of products), we will refund the price paid for each item returned (including sales and offers).

If you buy as private/individual and you choose standard shipping the initial shipping cost will be refunded, if you returned the whole order. The returning costs are at your charge at 9.00€.

For companies, in the event of withdrawal, the initial shipping costs will be deducted, even if initially free of charge. The costs of returning are at your charge and you have to manage the return shipment with you own courier.

If you returned some articles as a consequence of faulty products, we will refund the price paid for each item returned (including sales and offers).

Please note that if the original packaging is not in good conditions anymore, we will charge you with the re-packaging cost. Moreover, customized products, money transfer fees and return cost (with your own return label) cannot be refunded.
