The refund amount varies depending on whether you are a private customer or a business.

For private customers

If you choose to withdraw within the specified timeframe, the refund will include:

✅ The net price paid for each item, taking into account any applied discounts or promotions.

✅ The standard shipping cost (if paid).

✅ Any oversize items surcharge (if applied).

You will not be refunded for:
❌ Any additional delivery services (e.g. express delivery, scheduled delivery).

❌ The return shipping cost, unless the return is due to a faulty item or you have arranged the return at your own expense.

For Businesses

In case of return, the refund will include:

If the return was processed through our pickup service, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
