The shipping of oversize items requires special attention in packaging and preparation, involving multiple operators and generally a much higher logistics cost, which cannot be automated.

For this reason, a surcharge of €15.00 (including VAT) is applied to items identified as oversize. This surcharge will be applied once per order, regardless of the number of oversize products. This additional cost is calculated separately from the shipping costs and applies even if the order value exceeds the threshold for free shipping.
