Yes, you can refuse delivery if you have decided in the meantime that you no longer want the ordered item and it has already been shipped.

We advise you to notify us by sending an eMail to info@luminalpark.com about your decision to refuse the shipment so that we can initiate a return tracking procedure.

We remind you that the return costs are at your charge and will be deducted from your refund after the warehouse accepts the return.
